Colleen Sparling O’Riordan completed her undergraduate in Commerce with University College Cork. After graduating she qualified as a solicitor and joined joined Anne O’Neill Solicitors in 2012. Colleen is an experienced litigator in many areas, such as District Court Family Law, where she resolves issues pertaining to the welfare of children. She also possesses vast experience in Personal Injuries matters, dealing with both negligence and equity proceedings. Additionally, she handles all criminal litigation, conveyancing, leasehold and probate matters in our practice. She has great experience in land and succession law, where she brings a calm and professional attitude.
Colleen has a keen interest in Employment Law having completed her Diploma in Employment Law recently. She endeavors to complete a PHD in the next few years. Colleen has also a Certificate in Technology Law and has completed an Introduction into Media and Art Law.
Colleen worked extensively with a voluntary ambulance service, the Order of Malta, for over 20 years. She also volunteers with Free Legal Aid Centre and hopes to return once the current health crises ends.
